My Tummy Hurts

Our time in Gubbio has been a mix of family visit, family feast, walking around the shopping area as well as our guided bike tour. We had to brace ourselves for 2 big meals on Sunday. For lunch Anna came to get us and take us to Fano for lunch at Yankee with a few of the Adriatic. It was Maria's 75th (doesn't look a day over 60).

Goofing off with old friend (Cousin Actually) Stefano.

In the evening we walked over to Joe and Sue's and took part in a big family dinner. Didn't get the name of the place, but it was in the basement of a 13th century building. I was still full from lunch and had to pass on many of the appetizers that were delivered. Joe and Sue were great and enjoyable hosts.

Italo and Eoli made if for a visit on friday. We had coffee with them them the next day.

I have to say this concludes the family whirlwind we experienced in Gubbio. With few exceptions, if I saw them so did you.  We met Joe and Sue again this morning for Breakfast. We chatted about everything and said our goodbyes. Maria and Ben have been hosting us this whole time. They rolled out the Red carpet and I would joke that after all these years are still in the hotel business.
